Hello, dears. Welcome to Written Things, a compilation of miniature essays, blurbs, and the occasional fun fact.

Here, I hope to inspire you on your writing journey in whatever genre or business venture you partake. Under Writing Help, you might find a tidbit of knowledge to take with you, or if you peruse my personal Bookshelf, feel free to grab a little read for the road. The knowledge I bestow upon you is wedged predominantly in the fantasy fiction genre, but I do hope the lessons in basic technical writing will prove of some use to you.

A little About me and what I do around here:

I am a redhead by birth, which some seem to believe comes with a gifting of supernatural powers, and indeed, healing, longevity, and/or eternal life properties. It does not. Yes, trust me, there’s nothing supernatural going on here.

I love people. I love the beautiful Spark they carry in their souls. Most never realize it’s there. Others chase after it like precious stones and covet it. I simply love to observe, study, and treasure the moment. Spark is in all of us. It’s in you. It’s something we carry. It’s cultivated over time, developed by experiences. When life gets you down – because it will – just remember you carry Spark, and you are amazing.
